“Website” refers to the Bzuriyeh and Bzuriyeh Kabatilo online stores.

“We”, “us”, “our”, “the company”, or “Bzuriyeh” refers to Bzuriyeh Company for Industry and Trade, the owner or operator of the Bzuriyeh brand and the Bzuriyeh Kabatilo brand.

“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the website or placing an order through it.

Use of the website and placement of orders are limited to persons who have full legal capacity to contract under applicable laws. If the website is used on behalf of a minor or a person without full legal capacity, the parent, guardian, or legal representative assumes full responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to have been placed by a person lacking such legal capacity.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, harm the website, or infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is inaccurate, if the website is misused, or if fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, prices, weights, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, product images, packaging, colors, or presentation may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, packaging updates, or product availability.

All food products, including spices, herbs, nuts, coffee, blends, oils, honey, sweets, and packaged items, are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to offer a suitable replacement, amend the order, or cancel the unavailable item.

Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars or any other currency that may be supported by the website. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is submitted, unless there is an obvious or unintended pricing error.

If there is an obvious and unintended pricing error for any product, Bzuriyeh may cancel the affected order even after confirmation, notify the customer, and refund any amount paid for the affected product, without any additional liability on the company.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed to the customer at checkout and added to the product price to form the final amount payable.

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online payment methods supported by the website. Acceptance of any payment method depends on its availability at the time of order and the conditions applicable to that method.

When electronic payment methods are used, payment data is processed through approved payment service providers. We do not store full bank card details on our systems, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy or as permitted by applicable laws.

After an order is submitted, the Bzuriyeh team may contact the customer to confirm order details, address, phone number, payment method, or delivery information.

An order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if the customer cannot be reached, if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time shown on the website or communicated to the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, shipping providers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, lack of response, or customer unavailability, delivery may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to additional delivery fees depending on the situation.

Due to the nature of our food products and our commitment to customer safety and product quality, food products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery, especially if the package has been opened, the seal has been broken, the packaging has been damaged, or the product has left our controlled supply chain.

This includes, without limitation: spices, herbs, nuts, coffee, blends, oils, honey, sweets, packaged goods, and any food or consumable product.

This policy is necessary for food safety, hygiene, storage control, and to ensure that no food product is resold after leaving our controlled handling and delivery process.

In all cases, this policy does not limit any mandatory rights granted to the customer under the Consumer Protection Law and the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. These Terms shall be applied in a manner that does not conflict with such mandatory rights.

Although returns and exchanges are not available for food products after delivery, we will review the following cases.

Customers are requested to report any visible issue within 24 hours of actually receiving the order, or immediately upon discovering the issue if it was not visible at the time of receipt, so that we can review and handle the case appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

Cases that may be reviewed include:

1. The customer received a product different from the one ordered.
2. The product was visibly damaged upon receipt.
3. There was a clear error in quantity or weight.
4. The product was expired or unfit for use.
5. There was a proven quality issue before the product was opened or used.

The customer must provide the order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue through our approved contact channels.

After reviewing the case, Bzuriyeh may determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial compensation, or another suitable remedy depending on the nature of the case and applicable laws.

Claims may be rejected if the product has been consumed, stored improperly, reported after an unreasonable delay from receipt or discovery of the issue, or if there is insufficient evidence of the issue.

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared or handed over for delivery. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, especially for packaged or made-to-order food products.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if products are unavailable, the customer cannot be reached, a pricing or information error occurs, or misuse of the website is suspected.

Some products may contain, or may be prepared in an environment that handles, allergens such as nuts, sesame, grains, dairy, or other food ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions or contacting us before purchasing if they have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns.

Any nutritional information, product benefits, or usage suggestions provided on the website are for general information only and do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice. Customers should consult a qualified professional when needed.

We are committed to protecting customers’ personal data and processing it in accordance with the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law and related laws. We collect information such as name, address, phone number, email address, order information, and payment information for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, communicating with the customer, and improving the service.

We do not share this data with any third party except to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, such as with delivery companies or payment providers, or where legally required. We may offer promotions or discounts for limited periods. Such offers are subject to their own conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Some offers or discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Bzuriyeh shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of the website, incorrect information provided by the customer, improper storage of products after delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The affected provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally permitted, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended meaning.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies published on the website such as the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Bzuriyeh regarding the use of the website and the placement of orders, and supersede any prior understandings or promises in this respect, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bzuriyeh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
